The content of this website is provided for general information about our activities. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and it does not constitute legal, tax, financial, investment or regulatory advice. Nothing on this site creates a professional relationship between us.

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract. A binding contract arises only when a written agreement, purchase order or signed scope of work is accepted by both parties.

Where a matter requires regulated or specialist professional services outside the scope of our licences, we work with appropriately authorised independent providers. We do not provide those services ourselves.

This website does not accept payments, and no payment instrument details are collected through it.

3. Rights in the content of this website

All content on this website — including text, layout, graphics and the Zana name and logo — belongs to Zana Trading and Consulting FZ-LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written consent.

4. Liability

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. We take reasonable care to keep the information on it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or available without interruption.

Business customers. Where you deal with us in the course of a business, and to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates:

• our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a contract between us, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the total amount paid by you to us under that contract in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; and
• we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings or loss of data, in each case whether direct or indirect.

Consumers. Where you deal with us as a consumer, nothing in this notice limits or excludes any right available to you under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection as amended, Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023, or Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading by Modern Technological Means. Any term that purports to relieve us of our responsibility to a consumer is void under Article 34 of Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023 and does not apply.

In all cases, nothing in this notice excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that the laws of the United Arab Emirates do not permit to be excluded or limited.

If any part of this section is held to be unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.

5. Third-party links

Where this website links to a third-party site, we do not control that site and accept no responsibility for its content, availability or privacy practices.

6. Governing law

This notice, and any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with it, is governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

We will acknowledge your complaint and give you a unique reference number, which you may quote at any time to obtain an update on its status. We will provide a substantive response within a reasonable period, and we will tell you if we need longer.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, and you are a consumer, you may refer the matter to the UAE Ministry of Economy consumer protection service on 800 1222, to the competent Department of Economic Development, or to the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority as our licensing authority.
